Learned counsel for the petitioner refers to the panchnama and would submit that the land which belong to the petitioner is being measured for construction of the house of the S.P. & Collector. He would submit that the petitioner do not have any document on hand except the panchnama which shows that the petitioner may be dispossessed forcefully. 2.

Learned State counsel submits that any proceeding for eviction will take in accordance with law.

Perused the panchnama and revenue map of Khasra No.315 and 327. Considering the same, it is directed that the petitioner shall not be evicted otherwise than in due course of law. The petitioner, in future, if so aggrieved, shall be at liberty to challenge any proceeding by way of an appropriate duly constituted petition.
