Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 05/07/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made application before the competent authority under Section 3 of Urban Land (Ceiling and Regulation) Repeal Act, 1999, but the same has not been considered and decided till this date and therefore, direction may be issued to the competent authority to decide the same expeditiously.

Land Ceiling under the provisions of Urban Land (Ceiling and Regulation Act, 1976), Raipur is directed to consider and take a decision upon the petitioner's application under Section 3 of Urban Land (Ceiling and Regulation) Repeal Act, 1999 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. (4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
