1. The claim of the petitioner is that, the wife of the petitioner who was in employment under the respondents No.2to4 retired from service in 2011 and thereafter she has not paid retiral dues including pensionary benefits and finally the wife of the petitioner (deceased employee) died on 16.08.2013.

2. According to the petitioner, he would be entitled for family pension and would also be entitled for all monetary dues that the wife of the petitioner would have received on her retirement which has not been released.

3. Given the limited nature of relief that the prayed, let the respondents No.2 to 4 scrutinize the claim of the petitioner firstly for grant of dues which were payable to the deceased employee who retired in 2011 and subsequently

-2would also decide the claim of the petitioner so far as grant of family pension is concerned. Let the respondents NO.2 to 4 scrutinize the claim of the petitioner and pass a final decision within an outer limit of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to apprise the respondents No.2to4 so far as order of this court is concerned.
