1. This contempt petition has been filed alleging disobedience of the order dated 20.7.2017 passed by this Court in WPS No.3216 of 2017,

2. In the reply, it is stated that now the representation of the petitioner has been considered and rejected.

3. Though learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the decision is not in accordance with law, in the absence of there being any specific finding recoreded by this Court while disposing off the writ petition, I do not think that any contempt is made out irrespective of the claim of the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, with liberty to file separate petition, this contempt petition is dismissed.
