Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the WP (PIL) No. 52/2016 has now been finally decided with certain findings and observation by the Division Bench of this Court and as such he may be allowed to proceed in accordance with the final order passed in WP (PIL) No. 52/2016 on 06.09.2016.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is allowed. 3.

Accordingly, the contempt petition stands finally disposed of with liberty to the petitioner as aforesaid.
