Heard on I.A. No. 01, application for condonation of delay in filing the M.C.C.

On due consideration, I am satisfied that the applicant has succeeded in explaining the cause of delay in filing the M.C.C. and, therefore, the application (I.A. No. 01) is allowed. The delay in filing the M.C.C. is hereby condoned.

By way of this MCC, the applicant is seeking restoration of Writ Petition (C) No. 490 of 2018.

For non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 23.02.2018 passed

by this Court, applicant's petition was dismissed vide office note dated 12.03.2018.
