1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite the order passed by this Court in WP2274 No. 352 of 2018 on 23/04/2018, the preliminary issue which was framed is not being decided.

2. I have learned counsel for the petitioner, considered his submissions and went through the records with utmost circumspection.

3. From the perusal of the record, it is apparent that petitioner has never moved an application for urgent hearing for deciding the preliminary issue first as framed by this Court. The petitioner is at liberty to move

such an application for urgent hearing before the concerned Family Court, Durg and if such an application is filed by the petitioner, it will be considered by the 3rd Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Durg strictly in accordance with law.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India stands disposed of. No cost(s).
