1. Present CRMP has been filed seeking for restoration of an earlier CRMP i.e. CRMP No. 70/2017, which got dismissed by virtue of peremptory order passed by this Court on 17.01.2017.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and finding the reasons assigned in the application to be satisfactory, the present CRMP deserves to be and is accordingly allowed. CRMP No. 70/2017 accordingly stands restored to its original number subject to the petitioner removing the default pointed out in the said CRMP No. 70/2017 within a further period of 7 days from today.
