This petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been brought with prayer to rectify the clerical error in the order dated 09.08.2017, passed by this Court in Cr.M.P. No.44/2017 in Para - 1 and 9, wherein the description of the Judicial Magistrate First Class is written to be situated at Bilaspur, whereas the case was concerned with the Court at Lormi, District - Mungeli, hence prayed that correction be made. 2.
Counsel for the State has no objection.

Heard the learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents placed on record.

On perusal of the order dated 09.08.2017, passed by this Court in Cr.M.P. No.44/2017, it appears that clerical mistake has occurred in Para -1 and 9, whereas, the case against the petitioners is pending before the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class- Lormi, District - Mungeli, which is apparent from the contents of the order itself. Hence, considering this fact, this application is allowed. It is ordered that Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bilaspur mentioned in Para -1 and 9 be read as Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Lormi, District - Mungeli.
