1. It is not disputed between the parties that during pendency of this appeal, the NMDCL had floated a tender on 09.07.2021 inviting bids from DGR sponsored agencies for providing security services at NMDCL, Bacheli.
2. In view of the above, nothing survive in this appeal for further adjudication of the case on merits. However, learned counsel for the appellants prays that the time allowed by learned Single Judge for taking necessary steps in this matter be extended so as to avoid any complications.
3. As prayed, the Writ Appeal is disposed of with a direction that the time allowed by learned Single Judge for implementation of the guideline issued by Central Government is extended till the period the DGR has issued fresh cut off date.
