Transfer order is under challenge on the ground that the transfer order dated 14-08-2017 is being issued, when petitioner's children are studying in school.

This ground could be raised by the petitioner before the authority. I am not inclined to interfere with the impugned transfer order because the petitioner and his wife both are transferred to a nearby station. The petitioner has already

preferred representation before the authority. 4.

Let the concerned respondent authority shall take appropriate decision on the representation of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. For a period of four weeks, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner.
