The petitioner has filed this petition being aggrieved by posting of respondent No.4 in place of the petitioner, which is against the solitary post of the rank of Forester/Range Assistant, which the petitioner is presently occupying vide order dated 07-02-2017 of the Divisional Forest Officer, Bhanupratappur Division and there is no order of transfer of the petitioner.

Unless the petitioner is transferred to any other place, posting of the petitioner cannot be disturbed by transfer of respondent No.4 in place of the petitioner. Therefore, it is directed that the petitioner shall continue at the present place of posting

notwithstanding posting of respondent No.4. However, this order shall not come in the way of the competent authority to pass modification order with regard to appropriate posting of the petitioner and the respondent No.4 in administrative exigency. 4.
