----Respondents For Applicant :

Mr. Jitendra Pali, Advocate For State :

Ms. M. Asha, Panel Lawyer Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board 11/10/2017

1. The present Review petition has been filed seeking review of the order dated 10.03.2017, passed in WPS No. 1207/2017. The contention of the counsel for the petitioner is that inadvertently the petitioner as well as his counsel could not bring factual aspects before this Court while disposal of the writ petition on 10.03.2017, the order of which the review has been sought.

2. It is settled position of law that in exercise of a review jurisdiction this Court would only consider an error apparent on the face of record and the limitations of the review jurisdiction would be restricted to Order 47 Rule 1 of CPC.

3. In the present case, the petitioner has not been able to show any error which could be termed as an error on the face of record, and thus this Court is of the opinion that the revision petition being devoid of merit, the same is liable to be and is accordingly rejected.
