The transfer order is under challenge on the ground that though the petitioner has remained posted in scheduled area for more than 20 years, he has not been considered for transfer outside the schedule area in terms of provision contained in circular dated 03/06/2015.

Considering the aforesaid submission that the petitioner has remained posted in the schedule area for a very long time, the policy dated 03/06/2015, which talks of consideration of cases for transfer outside the schedule area of those Government employees, who have remained posted in the scheduled area

for a very long time, the petitioner's case may be considered by the respondent authority in accordance with policy dated 03/06/2015 and 11/06/2016. 4.

It is found that the petitioner has not filed any representation but rushed to file this petition.

Considering the circumstances, it is directed that if the petitioner prefers representation before the competent authority within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered and decided by the competent authority within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of the representation. 6.
