1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order dated 28.03.2019 whereby a show cause notice has been issued in respect of the alleged appointment of the petitioner on the post of Anganbadi worker at Anganbadi Centre, Nawapara, village Bacharwar.

2. This Court, prima facie, is of the opinion that if at all if the petitioner is aggrieved by the reports submitted by the Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue), Pendra Road and also the show cause notice issued by the District Programme Officer, Department of Women and Child Development, Bilaspur dated 28.03.2019, she may approach the Collector by moving an appropriate objection/appeal within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order and the Collector in turn shall consider and decide the objection/appeal of the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the objection/appeal of the petitioner. The petitioner would also have the liberty to approach the Collector for grant of any interim protection that she seeks.
