(4) The applicants are seeking restoration of Writ Petition (S) No. 3600 of 2009 which was dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 06.02.2018. (5) On due consideration of the submissions of the learned counsel for the applicants and the grounds taken in the restoration petition, I am satisfied that the absence of applicants' counsel on 06.02.2018 when Writ Petition (S) No. 3600 of 2009 was taken-up for hearing was based on bona fide grounds. (6) M.C.C. No. 414/2018, therefore, is allowed and Writ Petition (S) No. 3600 of 2009 is restored to its original number.
