The transfer order is under challenge only on the ground that the petitioner is class-IV employee and by transfer order to place which is about 50 km. away from the present place of posting of the petitioner, the petitioner may suffer hardship.

Considering that except the aforesaid ground, no other ground has been ventilated during the course of argument by learned counsel for the petitioner, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. It is open for the petitioner to prefer representation.

The petition stands dismissed.
