1. This petition has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved on account of inaction on the part of respondents in not relieving him to proceed to join at the place where the petitioner has been transferred on his own request.

2. I find that the transfer order has various conditions incorporated from Sr. No. 2 to 8.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no impediment in relieving the petitioner even according to various terms of the transfer order.

4. In these circumstances, the Sub Divisional Officer/respondent No.3 under whom the petitioner is presently working shall verify with reference to various clauses of transfer order within 10 days and if there is no impediment, the petitioner would be released forthwith to join at the transferred place.
