Return has been filed. The petitioner has also placed on record certain documents with regard to the ailment of his wife. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though number of grounds have been raised, he seeks indulgence of this Court only on the ground that his wife is suffering from various ailments and as she survives only in one kidney, there will be difficulty if the petitioner would be transferred to Pathalgaon.

The personal grounds are required to be considered and assessed by the transferring authority. The transfer order has been issued by the State Government. The petitioner may prefer representation before the State Government, which shall be considered and decided within a period of four weeks from the date of submission of the representation. The State may consider for posting of the petitioner to any place other then Pathalgaon.

The petition is accordingly disposed off.
