The transfer order is under challenge on the ground that the petitioner is a lady, aged about 56 years and she has been posted to another Community Heath Centre, which is about 90 km. away from the present place of posting and also that the petitioner is an asthmatic patient. None of the grounds raised in this petition by the petitioner warrant interference of a writ Court. The grounds are more of personal difficulty. It can be best examined by the Transferring Authority. It is open for the petitioner to prefer representation.

The petition stands dismissed.
