This is an application for restoration of WPS No.1959/2015, which was dismissed for want of prosecution, pursuant to the Court order dated 15.5.2015. On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, it is allowed and WPS No.1959/2015 is directed to be restored to its original number, subject, however, on payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- to the Chhattisgarh High Court Bar Association within a period of one week and comply the order dated 15-5-2015 passed in WPS No.1959/2015 during the same time.
