2. Learned counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of the present bail application file under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. with liberty to file an appeal under Section 14-A of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 before the appropriate Bench.
3. Not opposed.
4. Accordingly, the bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty granted in favour of the applicant.
5. Certified copy of the order of the Court below if any, be returned to the counsel for the applicant after retaining the photocopy of the same.
