1. The transfer order is under challenge mainly on the ground that in the transfer order, the petitioner's designation has been wrongly mentioned as Accountant whereas, the petitioner is Assistant Grade-II, the petitioner's wife is posted at the same place as Teacher Panchayat and that daughter of the petitioner has been admitted in Class-III.

2. The petitioner has remained posted at the present place since 2012, therefore, he has become due for transfer. However, considering that there is discrepancy in the designation, the authority shall examine the same whether the petitioner was intended to be transferred and if so, necessary correction shall be carried out in the transfer order. The other two grounds may be subject matter of consideration while considering the issue of correction of the transfer order.

3. Till the transfer order is corrected with designation, the petitioner shall not be

-2compelled to proceed on transfer.

4. The petition is accordingly disposed off.
