The limited relief sought for by the petitioner in this petition is for a direction to the respondents No.2&3 before whom they have made representation for considering the case of the petitioners whose property is coming under submergence (Duban) on account of the construction of Ghatoi Dam in Tehsil Dabhra, District Janjgir Champa. 2.

The limited relief sought for is not opposed by the State counsel. 3.

Accordingly, the respondents No.2&3 are directed to consider the representation of the petitioners in accordance with law at the earliest. The

-2petitioners, if they have not made any representation to the respondent no.2, shall be permitted to make a detailed representation also before the respondents No.2 for ventilating their grievance who, in turn, shall also take a decision on the said representation at the earliest. 4.
