Heard on I.A. No. 1/15 for condonation of delay in filing the instant MCC as the same is filed after 75 days of its limitation. 2.
On due consideration of the reasons assigned in the application, the I.A. No. 1/15 is hereby allowed. Delay in filing the MCC is condoned. 3.
Heard on MCC.

Instant MCC is filed for restoration of F.A. No. 60/2015. 5.
On 24-4-2015 when FA No. 60/2015 was taken up for hearing this court directed that if the application for condonation of delay in paying the PF by RAD is not filed within seven days from that day, the appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Bench. Since the applicant did not file application for condonation of delay within stipulated period, the FA stood dismissed due to above peremptory order.

On due consideration of the reasons mentioned in the MCC, the MCC is allowed. FA. No. 60/2015 is hereby restored to its original number. 7.
No order as to costs.
