Mr. Chandresh Shrivastava, Panel Lawyer Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 27.09.2017 Heard.

1. The petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction for making inquiry of his complaint. In the complaint, it has alleged that one Mahesh Ram Rathore is working for the last 23 years as Peon on the basis of a forged mark-sheet.

2. The allegation leveled by the petitioner against respondent No.5 is bereft of any material. It appears that the petitioner seeks a direction from the writ Court for inquiry only on certain allegations without there being any cogent material for issuance of direction. Such direction cannot be issued on mere asking. Therefore, the petition is dismissed. Sd/- (Manindra Mohan Shrivastava) Judge Rekha
