Hon'ble Shri Justice Goutam Bhaduri Order On Board 21/09/2015 Heard on application for condonation of delay in filing the MCC. On due consideration and for the reasons stated in the application, the delay of 12 days in filing the MCC is condoned.

1. This is an application for restoration of M.A.(C) No.532/2015.

2. For the reasons stated in the application, I am satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown for restoration, which is duly supported by an affidavit.

3. In view of the same, the M.A.(C) No.532/2015 is restored to its original number.
