Aggrieved by the Order of removal, Annexure P-2 dated 2.12.2008, from the post of Assistant Grade-III, the present Writ Petition has been filed by Petitioner.

Learned Counsel for Petitioner submits that the Respondents recently have in the case of some similarly placed persons considered their case and have granted employment to them. Learned Counsel for Petitioner further submits that the Petitioner thereafter has also now made a representation vide Annexure P-5, dated 15.6.2021, and therefore the Petitioner makes a limited prayer that the Authorities may consider and decide his representation in accordance with law. 3.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present Writ Petition at this juncture is disposed of directing the Respondents No.2 & 3 to take an appropriate decision on the

representation of Petitioner, on its own merits, in accordance with law, at the earliest, preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this Order.
