(1) Since both the petition involved common questions of law & facts, they are being disposed of by this common order. (2) Learned counsel appearing for the respective petitioners would submit that departmental enquiry against the petitioner has been lapsed but as the payment of salary during pendency of the suspension has not been paid to them, the petitioners may be permitted to file representation before the respondents authorities and the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously. (3) Prayer appears to be fair & reasonable.
(4) Be that as it may, if the petitioners prefer representation before the respondents No. 1 & 2 for redressal of their grievances, it is expected to be decided by the authority concerned within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. (5) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
