1. Shri Varun Sharma, counsel appearing for the petitioners submit that the issue involved herein has already been considered and decided by the
-2Division Bench of this Court in Chhattisgarh Rajya Panchayat Vaikalpik Shikshak Sangh and Ors. Vs. State of Chhattisgarh and Ors. (WP No.1731 of 2005) and other connected matters decided on 11.8.2010, wherein on the submission of learned Additional Advocate General, the Court disposed off the writ petitions with a direction to take decision as expeditiously as possible. In view of the above observation made by the Division Bench of this Court in Chhattisgarh Rajya Panchayat Vaikalpik Shikshak Sangh (supra), the petition may be disposed off.
2. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed off in terms of Chhattisgarh Rajya Panchayat Vaikalpik Shikshak Sangh (supra) with a direction that in the event the petitioners submit fresh representation before the competent authority within period of one month from today, the said competent authority, subject to verification of the facts, shall take decision, in accordance with law, on its own merits, as early as possible, preferably within a further period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of representation along with certified copy of this order.
