The transfer order is under challenge on the ground that the petitioner has serious personal difficulty as he has to maintain his old ailing mother and there is no other member in the family to look after. This kind of ground of personal difficulty can only be looked into by the Transferring Authority in the event of representation is preferred by the petitioner, as provided in the transfer policy dated 11.06.2016. The ground does not warrant indulgence of the writ Court.
