The transfer order is challenged on the personal ground and it has been submitted that the petitioner is having new born son and it will be difficult to maintain affairs and to take proper care. 2.

Since the transfer order has been challenged on the personal ground, it would be proper that it is considered and decided by the transferring authority and not by this Court. 3.

Representation preferred by the petitioner shall be considered and decided in four weeks. It is also stated that the petitioner has moved application for grant of paternity leave. The same shall also be decided as per applicable leave rules.
