This is an application for extension of time to vacate the premises. 3.
By an order dated 27.07.2015, passed in appeal, the appeal was dismissed and order to vacate the premises was passed and two months time was provided to vacate the same.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that they are in process of vacating the premises since the heavy machineries are installed, therefore, they may be given further time of seven months to vacate

The prayer is opposed by the respondent.

Considering the photographs, which are enclosed alongwith the application, further three months time is provided from today to vacate the premises.
