1. The transfer order is under challenge on the ground that wife of the petitioner is posted at nearby station and the petitioner has to maintain old aged parents.

2. The petitioner has remained posted at this place since 2009 and has become due for transfer. Therefore, I am not inclined to interfere with the order. However, in view of the submission that wife of the petitioner is posted at nearby place, it is observed that if the petitioner prefers representation, the same shall be considered and decided by the authority within a period of 4

-2weeks.
