1. Complainant- Rukmani Sahu is virtually present before this Court through the Help Desk of D.L.S.A. Dhamtari and she has objection in grant of bail to the applicant.

2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. with a prayer to direct the trial Court to expedite the matter and conclude the same within a time frame.

3. Therefore, this M.Cr.C. is dismissed as withdrawn and the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial against this applicant and conclude the same preferably within a period of 06 months.
