This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court on 20.07.2016 in WPS No.3027 of 2016.

It is no whisper from the averments that when the petitioner has placed the copy of order dated 20.07.2016 before the respondent - authority.

In the absence of basic and fundamental fact, I am not inclined to initiate any contempt proceedings.
