The petitioner's grievance is that after the order of the Collector remanding the matter for reconsideration by the Sub-Divisional Officer(Revenue), Manendragarh, the SDO(R) has not decided the matter. 2.

Considering that the Collector has passed the order on 30.03.2017 and six months have elapsed, it would be appropriate to dispose off the matter with the direction to respondent No.3 to pass appropriate order in the matter within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3.
