The applicant has preferred this first bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.382/2019, registered at Police Station - Kawardha, District Kabirdham (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 376 IPC and Sections 5 (D) and 6 of POCSO Act.

In compliance to the Court's order dated 06.01.2021, the complainant secured his presence via video conferencing from Help Desk at District Court, Kabirdham and objected the bail application. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the bail application. He, however, prays for direction to the trial Court to conclude the trial as early as possible. 4.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with a direction to the trial Court to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
