The present appeal arises from an interim order dated 27.8.2015 in Writ Petition (S) No. 3141 of 2015.

Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that the writ appeal will become infructuous if interim relief is not granted as the service of the Appellant would stand terminated after expiry of the notice period bringing about a material change in circumstances. 3.

Learned Counsel for the State submits that the interest of the Appellant has been adequately protected by the Learned Single Judge, in the event that the writ petition succeeds. 4.

We have considered the submissions.

The Learned Single Judge has aptly held that to grant any interim relief against the order of termination would amount to grant of final relief. Furthermore, it is apparent that the Learned Single Judge has adequately kept in mind the interest of the Appellant in the event that the writ petition succeeds. The order being balanced in nature, we find no reason to entertain this appeal against the interim order. 6.

The appeal is dismissed.
