The challenge is to the transfer order on the ground that transfer of the petitioner may adversely affected the election of Cooperative Society because he has been appointed as Registration Officer by State Election Commission. 2.

The aforesaid reason does not entitle to challenge the transfer order because the petitioner has remained posted at present place of posting since 1990. However, it would be open for the State as well as the State Election Commission to consider the matter on their own level. 3.
