3. Given the fact that respondents have already taken a decision on 23.08.2018 so far as the claim of the petitioner for promotion is concerned, the order dated 04.10.2018 passed by this

Court in WPS No. 184/2005 stands fully complied with. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands disposed of.

4. If at all, if the petitioner is aggrieved of the subsequent order passed by the State Government, they would be at liberty to challenge the same in an appropriate fresh proceeding.
