Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 10/04/2017 (1) The petitioner's substantive appeal under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 is pending consideration before this Court. (2) The petitioner moved an application before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Raipur for staying the proceedings initiated by respondent for restitution of conjugal rights. The said application has been rejected by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Raipur vide impugned order dated 13.07.2015.

(3) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the petitioner at length, I do not find any good ground to entertain this writ petition. Thus, the petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is liable to be and is hereby dismissed.
