The sole ground challenged to the transfer order is that even though petitioner has not made any application for transfer on her own request but by the impugned order, she has been transferred showing to be on her own request.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is either because of factual mistake or an act of mischief. The allegation made in the petition are serious in nature.

The State, through a responsible officer, shall get inquiry made in the matter. Depending upon inquiry, appropriate order shall be passed in the matter.

This exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of submission of copy of this order.

For a period of five weeks, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner and the petitioner shall submit a copy of this order before respondent No.2 within a period of 10 days from today.
