1. Heard.

2. The applicant has preferred the first bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C., as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.07/2020, registered at Police Station - Excise Circle Pendra, District- Gorela-Pendra-Marwahi (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 20 (B) II (C) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

3. The applicant was found in illicit possession of 200 Kilograms of contraband Ganja. It is said that the co-accused is absconding.

4. Considering the whopping commercial quantity of contraband Ganja recovered from the applicant and also considering the parameters

MCRC No. 4423 of 2021 under Section 37 of the N.D.P.S. Act, I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail.
