I.A. No.1 of 2015 has been filed to condone delay of 13 days in filing the review petition. Considering the duration, it is condoned. 2.

Pressing the review petition arising from order dated 22.7.2015, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Respondents have taken different stands before the Tribunal and before this Court. 3.

We are not satisfied that the aforesaid constitutes sufficient ground to maintain a review petition which has to be confined to errors apparent on the face of the record. No such error has been pointed out to us from our order, the review of which is sought.

The review petition is dismissed.
