The grievance of the petitioner in the instant Writ Petition is that, the services of the petitioner that was rendered initially though have been ordered to be taken into account for the purpose of consequential benefits of pay, seniority, etc. as directed by this Court in its judgment dated 27/11/2012 decided in a bunch of Writ Petitions leading among which being WP No. 5163/2005 and other analogous Writ Petitions, the same have not been granted to the petitioner.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that, though he has made a representation in this regard to the respondents, but the same has not been decided till date, neither has the relief being refused by the respondents. 3.

Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner as raised, the present Writ Petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondents No. 2 & 3 to consider the grievance of the petitioner so far as granting of seniority of his past service is concerned as per the order passed by this Court in WP No.2329/2003 and an appropriate decision be taken within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 4.
