(Local Office) ---- Respondent For Petitioner Shri Uttam Pandey, Advocate For Respondents Shri Vinod Deshmukh, Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice Prashant Kumar Mishra Order On Board 15/09/2015 1) According to the learned counsel for the respondents, an amount of Rs.13,03,920/- has already been paid to the petitioner and an amount of Rs.2.06,985/- has to be recovered from the petitioner towards the outstanding dues.
2) At the very outset, learned counsel for the parties would fairly and jointly submit that the matter in issue is covered by the order passed by this Court in the matters of Janwadi Mazdoor Ekta Kendra
(W.P. No.2/2001, decided on 28-04-2005), Hindustan Steelworks Construction Ltd. & others Vs. Smt. Kiran Sahu & others (W.A. No.185/2007, decided on 03.02.2015), and Rudal Yadav Vs. Hindusthan Steelworks Contruction Ltd. & others (W.P.(S) No.3499/2006, decided on 11.02.2015). They would submit that the present writ petition may also be decided in the same terms. 3) For the foregoing, the present writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the order passed by this Court in Rudal Yadav (supra) {W.P. (S) No.3499/2006}.
