1. An occasion arose for the petitioner to challenge posting of respondents No. 4, 5 & 6 by order dated 14.8.2017 of the State Govt. on account of the fact that as per the order issued by the State Govt., the Divisional Forest Officer, East Bhanupratappur, Forest Division, Bhanupratappur, posted the
-2petitioner as Sahayak Parichetra Adhikari, Konde, Parichetra Durgukondal and that is the place where the three private respondents have also been transferred, one on administrative exigency and the other two on their own expenses.
2. Learned counsel for the State would submit that the anomaly which is being pointed out by the petitioner may be brought by way of representation to the notice of the State Govt. and the State Govt. will then pass appropriate corrective/modified orders to ensure that every employee gets posting at a place.
3. In view of the above, I am not inclined to keep the matter pending. The petitioner shall submit a representation along with copy of this order within a period of 2 weeks and the State, in turn, shall pass necessary corrective/modified order in respect of the persons regarding their place of posting. Till appropriate order is passed by the State Govt., the petitioner shall be allowed to continue at the present place of posting.
