Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 01/09/2016 Though an order of penalty impugned in this petition is challenged on various grounds including the grounds that the order is without jurisdiction, considering that there exists an alternative remedy of appeal before the Board of the Corporation as stated at the bar by learned counsel for the respondents, this petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to prefer departmental appeal against the impugned order.
