Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that by the impugned order dated 03.10.2016 the respondent No. 2 - Collector, District Bilaspur has rejected the application filed by the petitioners under Section 165 (7)(B) of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959 for sale of lease property on the ground of non production of documents. 2.

Be that as it may, the petitioners are at liberty to file a fresh application

before the competent authority for sale of lease property who, in turn, shall consider and dispose of the said application in accordance with law. 3.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petitions stand finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
